We identified and mitigated potential risks in the proposed development, which helped to negotiate favourable terms before the formal acquisition of the property. We provided assistance with all the necessary reports leading to development approval, while working closely with the vendor to manage all corners of the development.

Benalla-Yarrawonga Road, Benalla Vic
Greenfields Property is working on a joint venture for the vendor to develop a 175-hectare industrial site with multiple uses. We are also in discussions with an international company for future tenancy and tailoring the development to their needs.

Dhurringile Road, Tatura Vic
Greenfields Property identified a shortage of supply in the market for residential lots and attempted to rezone our client’s holding with the local council, but were initially unsuccessful. We then provided high-level data to the council to illustrate the shortage of supply, which led to a successful inclusion into the council framework residential plan.

Greenfields Property managed all aspects of residential development, including resolving environmental constraints and servicing issues in-house. Despite these obstacles, we successfully delivered the project without any delays and within budget.

Representing a client in a VPA co-design workshop and achieved a great result in terms of the developability of the urban holding. Our expertise and strategic placement of amenities and roads benefited both the holding and the surrounding area, and we assisted the VPA in producing a draft that exceeded our client’s expectations
