We then provided high-level data to the council to illustrate the shortage of supply, which led to a successful inclusion into the council framework residential plan.
Greenfields successfully sourced a property on behalf of our client and conducted comprehensive due diligence. Furthermore, we provided valuable assistance to our client in achieving recognition of the parcel for the appropriate zoning within the planning scheme, including liaising with the council to ensure the most optimal and feasible outcome for our client
We identified and mitigated potential risks in the proposed development, which helped to negotiate favourable terms before the formal acquisition of the property. We provided assistance with all the necessary reports leading to development approval, while working closely with the vendor to manage all corners of the development.
