Greenfields Property identified a shortage of supply in the market for residential lots and attempted to rezone our client’s holding with the local council, but were initially unsuccessful. We then provided high-level data to the council to illustrate the shortage of supply, which led to a successful inclusion into the council framework residential plan.
Our team assisted our client in acquiring the property, conducting thorough due diligence, and producing feasibility and servicing reports. With the successful purchase of the property, we are currently driving the permit process to commence the development in mid-2024
